Get In Touch

Need a free quote or site visit, or want to talk through a commercial project? Call Alex or Michelle, or send us the details below and Alex or Michelle will be in touch as soon as possible.

We only use your details to respond to your enquiry. See our privacy policy.

What to include in your enquiry

A useful enquiry explains the outcome you want: more clearance beneath a tree, removal of a damaged limb, a reduced hedge or an accessible commercial plot. Give the site postcode and say whether you own the property or are organising work for someone else. Include the approximate number of trees or the size of the area, together with access widths, parking restrictions and any nearby structures. You do not need to identify the tree species before contacting us.

If you have photographs or drawings, mention them in the message and send them to our email address. The form accepts written job details rather than attachments. For commercial enquiries, include your company, the site contact, intended timescale and known planning or ecological conditions. Tell us whether material must be removed or whether you want suitable timber retained. Avoid entering payment information or unrelated sensitive personal details.

After you contact Alex or Michelle

We review the information provided and discuss what needs assessing before an estimate can be prepared. A visit may be needed to understand the tree condition, working space or extent of vegetation. Site visits are free and without obligation. The written estimate should describe the proposed work so that questions about retained features, permissions and waste handling can be resolved before you decide to proceed. Attendance dates depend on the requirements of the job and availability.

Our usual contact hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to noon; Sunday is closed for routine enquiries. The emergency tree call-out service operates 24 hours a day. Keep people away from storm-damaged trees, hanging branches and fallen material affecting cables. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact the emergency services. We serve the listed regional towns from Market Deeping and travel nationwide for commercial work; provide the precise location when asking about coverage.
