Customer Reviews
Here's what some of our customers have said about working with Alex, Michelle and the team.
Fabulous company, did a brilliant job of cutting down all our conifers. No fuss, no mess and VERY reasonably priced.
Alex and Michelle are very professional. They give great advice about projects, work at good pace and leave the job tidy.
They left the site absolutely spotless — you honestly wouldn't have known a tree had been worked on.
We used AS Arboriculture to remove several trees that were dangerous close to a property that I purchased… The clean up was also exceptional with nothing left behind.
Trimming 5 meter tall fir hedges, raising crowns on large oaks and cedar… All within our conservation area in conjunction with our local Council Planning Dept.
Worked with us? We'd love to hear from you on Facebook.
Reading customer feedback
The comments on this page are named customer accounts retained in their original wording. They describe experiences of tree and hedge work rather than a published numerical rating for the business. No overall score or additional review total is claimed. Each account concerns its own circumstances; the method and practical arrangements for your property should be discussed separately when you request an estimate.
Several customers mention the way the working area was left after the cutting finished. Others describe advice before a project, the pace of the work or pruning in a conservation setting. These observations can help you decide what to ask during a visit: how branches will be handled, what material is being removed, which features need protecting and whether council consent or a notice is required. Clear expectations make it easier to understand the proposed scope.
Leaving your own review
If you have used AS Arboriculture, you are welcome to describe your experience in your own words. On Google, search for the business name, check that you have found the correct listing and select the review option if it is available. You may need to sign in to a Google account. Choose the listing carefully before posting, as similarly named businesses may appear in the search results.
A useful review explains the type of work and what mattered to you, without publishing private addresses, telephone numbers or other people’s personal details. Please do not include information about neighbouring properties without permission. You can also share feedback through the Facebook page linked here, or contact Alex or Michelle directly if you want to discuss the job privately. Customer feedback is not a substitute for agreeing a written specification for future work.
