The customer should provide safe access and tell us about any underground or overhead services, boundaries or hazards known to them.

4. Wildlife

We comply with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. If nesting birds or protected species are found, work may be paused or rescheduled.

5. Waste

Unless agreed otherwise, all arisings are removed from site and recycled where possible. Timber or chip can be left on request.

6. Payment

Payment arrangements and any invoicing terms are agreed in writing with the customer for the particular job. Do not assume a standard deposit, fixed rate or payment period; ask Alex or Michelle to confirm the arrangements before accepting the work.

7. Cancellations

8. Liability and insurance

We hold £5 million public liability insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by conditions not disclosed to us or outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
